STALLS

● Each stall 3m wide by 3m deep. Space is limited.
● Stall areas will be marked with reference number, which will be supplied upon receiving payment.
● All stalls to stay within the designated stall area.
● Only fresh KOTAS will be considered for stalls.
● If you are using electricity provided for by us, Power will be supplied to you, please bring your own long extension, and we will price Electricity separate.
● You are required to be there for full day of trading.
● All stalls must be ready for trading by 9 am on the day of the festival.
● Kota stall to trade till 6 pm (but may trade later) and Drinks stalls not to be taken down before 8pm.
● Set up from 6am – 8am on the day of the festival.
● All stall holders must keep their trading area clean and leave it as found.
● All food market vendors must have a 4.5KG fire extinguisher, fire blanket, basin of water for hand washing, and a rubbish bin.
● We discourage trailers at the event, if you are bringing a trailer you need to make sure your trailer complies with all the requirements, in addition to the above requirements, trailers need to have a COC. 
● We will not allow any branded Gazebos.
● Any stall that comes after 8am on the day of the event won’t be allowed to setup, NO refund will be issued as a result.
● When making stall payment, please ensure to use your stall reference number that is located at the bottom left of the invoice that will be issued to you after completing this form.

CREDIT CARD FACILITIES

● Vendors to supply their own credit card facilities.
 

PAYMENTS

● Upon payment Vendors will be provided with a receipt of Payment. Please bring this receipt with you as you may be asked to display it. If there is no evidence that you have paid, you will either be asked to remove your stall or to pay on the spot.
● Bookings made after Close date will be subject to a R300 premium.
● A stall will only be finalized when payment is received.
● Please book and pay on time to avoid the above penalties.
 

CANCELLATION & REFUND

● More than 30 days or more prior to the event – will receive a refund of 50% Stall fee paid
● 30 days or less prior to the event – forfeit 100% Stall fee paid
● The terms above apply to any cancellation.
● All Cancellation should be in writing and be directed to cancellation@kotafestival.com
