1. Agreement to Terms
By registering for and/or participating the Kota Business Workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not register or participate.
2. Registration & Entry
- All participants must complete the registration form prior to participation.
- Event organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel registration at their discretion.
- Only registered participants may take part in the Workshop unless otherwise authorised by the organiser.
3. Eligibility & Health
- You confirm you are physically fit and able to participate. Consult a doctor if you have any health concerns.
- If you are under 18, you must have parental/guardian consent. Minors must be accompanied by an adult where required.
- Do not participate while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair your ability to take part safely.
4. Risks & Liability Waiver
Participation in the Event involves inherent risks (including trips, falls, collisions, weather-related hazards, traffic). By participating you accept these risks and:
- Release, waive and discharge the organiser, sponsors, volunteers, landowners, and any affiliated parties from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation, except where caused by the organiser's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
- Agree to indemnify and hold harmless the organiser from claims arising from your actions.
5. Weather, Postponement & Cancellation
- The organiser may postpone, modify, or cancel the Event due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond their control.
6. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant the organiser the right to use images or footage for promotional purposes without payment or further approval. If you do not consent, please inform organisers on arrival.
7. Personal Belongings & Insurance
- Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Participants are encouraged to have appropriate personal insurance (medical, accident, etc.).
8. Code of Conduct
- Respect fellow participants, volunteers and local residents. Abusive, aggressive, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Do not litter â use bins or take your rubbish with you. Respect the environment and wildlife.
9. Personal Data & Privacy
We collect and process personal data (name, contact, emergency contact) for Event administration and safety. Data will be handled according to applicable privacy laws. By registering you consent to this processing. Contact [organiser email] for our privacy policy or to request data removal.
10. Emergency Procedures
In an emergency, follow the directions of marshals and emergency services. Notify the nearest marshal or call emergency services if immediate assistance is needed.
11. Governing Law
